3rd has my vote. The first fire sale was premium last September. $7500 tax credit, $1000 referral/lyft/first responder, 1 year supercharging, 0% financing with FSD lifetime purchase.

Just people trying to abbreviate it. S = standard. I saw BAWD too (for base /basic). Personally SAWD reminds me too much of Subaru's AWD. PAWD sounds dumb too.
Basic/premium/beast are easier to decipher.
I give them a lot of critical so they know it ain't perfect. Cuz you know if you choose the others they just go into a meaningless void. Sometimes a nav for good measure because their routing is laughable compared to Waze or Google maps.

Agreed. Makes me think like others have suggested, this will soon turn to a sales tactic to get those who ordered Basics to pay "just $10,000 more" to get Premium ASAP. Which would be a steal for Premium, although not too far from the previous low of $72,500 if eligible for tax credit. But back...
