Update: I received a call late yesterday that the technician was able to fix the alignment in my truck! I'm scheduled to pick it up this morning. Wish me luck!
I asked if they would just issue me a new VIN#. The manager asked me "Do you want me to release your truck?" I said NO, of course. She also mentioned if I did that, there was no way of knowing when another one would be assigned to me.
For now, I just continue to wait patiently :)
