I called the collision center. She said that they don't have a lift strong enough to lift Cybertruck. Also, the lift that they have is located down a concrete ramp because it's an old tobacco warehouse. I'm not sure why they even sent my truck there in the first place…Or they're going to send it...

i am highly concerned about time frame if they decide to fix i do not want to be out of my truck for 5 months + , there was no battery warning on screen. the wheel would not turn at all. there was a piece in the truck bed wall that was handing off , ,the big steel rear quarter panel is curled up...

the wheel is bent inward , the steel panel is bent crazy , the bed is smashed the bumper is gone. there was pieces inside the bed cracked
