I haven't had an issues, but doesn't seem to be better in any way. I just want it to stop biasing the left hand side of lanes, which I didn't really see, but only 30 miles or so under my belt on 12.5.5.3
First it was phone calls, then if I recall we had to provide proof of ownership or registration for the vehicles being merged/separated. It wasn't smooth at the time, they got it wrong the first time (moved all vehicles into the wrong account) hopefully that has improved. This was 4 years ago.

I found that the plastic/carpet that is covering the subwoofer was vibrating against other parts at certain points, so I just wrapped a piece of black duct tape around the edge of the piece and problem solved. I had a friend back there touching the cover in places to see where the culprit was.

Love this thing. I only have a half acre to mow, and it lasts forever. I have their big snowblower and I can use the 12amp batteries for that too. There's a learning curve on the joystick, requires a deft touch but after that great mower.
I didn't close the tailgate just strapped it down. There was no damage. The guy backed it up the ramps but probably shouldn't have it was squirrelly. At home I backed up next to a dirt hill with a piece of wood and drove it off. Just make sure before you go, your cables are holding your tailgate...
I know some people like them, but physics is totally against the placement, purpose, and efficacy of these devices. It's like closing your house door by swinging it closed from the inside handle.
