  1. Accelerate your Cybertruck delivery with 30,000 Referral Credits

It’s a little early in the quarter for Tesla to start pulling the demand levers.
  2. Towing tested with 6,000lb Tesla and trailer load

If you think nobody wanted to townrith the Cybertruck, you didn’t read any of my posts on this board. The reveal specs were a match for my towing-needs, the delivery specs were not a match for my towing-needs. As such, having a 2022 Model Y in my driveway along with a 14 year old hybrid pickup...
  3. Towing tested with 6,000lb Tesla and trailer load

Gaffes like this are why professionals rehearse before they present.
  4. Towing tested with 6,000lb Tesla and trailer load

The electric motor in my GMC Sierra Hybrid is a huge improvement it comes to when maneuvering a trailer and hitching up. Applying force smoothly is good for trailers, and electric motors are often very good at that.
  5. Towing tested with 6,000lb Tesla and trailer load

I currently tow with a hybrid pickup truck. I can’t wait to replace it with an electric pickup truck. The reveal stats for the Cybertruck were a decent fit for my task, but the delivery stats are a huge miss for my purposes (6000lb trailer, 200-mile travel-legs with trailer attached). The...
  6. Towing tested with 6,000lb Tesla and trailer load

In Europe, yes. In the USA, 55-60 is the speed I tow at - but that limit is set by my feel for what I’m towing. Above 60mph, things usually don’t feel right so I back off. But some people tow at much higher speeds. Sometimes it’s because they have better equipment than I do, sometimes it’s...
  7. Towing tested with 6,000lb Tesla and trailer load

Towing my camper is my peak-demand use-case for my truck as well. Mine is 6000lbs and has the aerodynamics of a garden shed (likely more important than the weight). My requirement is to be able to travel 200-mile legs with the camper, which likely means a 500-600 mile range without the camper...
  8. Sub-2% conversion rate on Foundation series

This is why other companies have PR departments. If Tesla had a PR department, they could work with TFLTruck to ensure that the information is accurate. A poop emoji autoresponder can’t do that. Tesla is past their scrappy startup phase, and it’s time to do it right.
  9. The Petersen is Now Displaying The Bullet Tested Cybertruck!

The "bullet test" is the kind of marketing that ensures a truck can never become mainstream.
  10. Spotted: Cybertruck carrying inflatable Prius on tonneau cover (for LiDAR/ADAS testing, auto emergency braking & autopilot testing)

That's one reason I wish all of my vehicles could be set up for four-wheel flat-towing. Alas, I like vehicles with interesting drivetrains -- so none of my vehicles support being flat-towed.
  11. Cybertruck vs Lamborghini Urus: DRAG RACE

That's what Tesla is selling, but it's not what I'm buying. I'm a suburban dad who wants to tow his camper, run to Home Depot, get groceries, and transport children. I don't want either a supercar, or an electric brodozer. I spent years following the wrong truck.
  12. Solar cover?

That's what happens when a CEO says something publicly. Most CEOs are self-aware enough and self-disciplined enough that they use this power to further the goals of their business.
  13. OFFICIAL 2024 Cybertruck Pricing, Specs, Mileage/Range, Dimensions, Weight, Info

500+ miles and turn signal stalks are hard requirements for me. Canceled.
