Compressor wouldn’t be affected as it’s adjusting the suspension all the time. I had a valve leak on my Plaid model S so the airbag would deflate every day for about a month. Tesla fixed the valve and said zero damage to compressor or any components.

The PPF is hydrophobic so water beads off easily. There is a specific type of ceramic coating for PPF that I put on the truck but don’t know which one. Makes cleaning really easy! Nothing sticks to the film
