I'm holding out for a storage solution that integrated drawers. All the current solutions require to flip the seats up to access them, which is just a no go for any family with car seats installed.
Exact same issue for mine, down to the dot, even the SC experience being awful. Appointment set for 5/29 with no communication, they have ignored my last 5 messages over the course of the last 2 weeks.
I think the core issue comes down to the service centers, at least for me.
I'm an early adopter, and I knew that going in. We all know all the issues will eventually get resolved, but that doesn't mean that they will get resolved promptly and professionally. That's really the only complaint...
Hoping I don't have a similar experience with mine. Opened a service request fory wiper not working, and the service request hasn't moved in 5 days. Still at the initial review phase.
Just picked mine up yesterday, and ran into the same issue unfortunately. Wiper not working at all. Really hope that they can eventually do the repair for this with mobile service, as I'm 3 hour away from my closest SC.

Received VIN just now without any communication, much earlier than anticipated (30 days from config to VIN). Hopefully this isn't a fluke, I've completed all the other tasks except final payment now. Maybe they are finally one sorting through all these parked truck and ready to deliver them finally!
Excited to see this one driving around Wichita ! I'm on NE side, waiting for VIN assignment.
Looks like we've recently gotten a handful of Kansas VIN's so I'm hopeful to get mine in the alloted time (April-June)
