Is the price on the chart reflected accurately with the extended range? If you were to select the extended range then it would not qualify for the tax credit and thus making the price of the CT AWD $96,000... 🤢
Its unlikely to have price drops until they have fulfilled all of the demand which is currently over a million units (so it probably won't happen for years if at all). He only drops prices on other models to increase demand because there is little to no backlog.
Reducing it from a 6 seater to a 5 seater made it's utility for me drop below that of ICE trucks that have a jump seat... I hope they have a model with a jump seat in the nearish future. May have to hold out or wait for a competitor, huge compromise...
Well, this is actually bad news for me. 5 seats is a deal breaker.... Sucks to be a fan boy for 3 years to find out they won't have the 6th seat, my wife said she would make me stay home before one of the kids.
Something else I haven't seen mentioned is that your order timing will likely also depend on which configuration they produce first. Originally they said it wpuld be the tri motor but now since they eliminated the single and added quad who knows...
Did anyone else notice the comment of the Cybertruck range only being up to 300-something because of aerodynamics?! I'm going to cry if my tri-motor doesnt come close to 500 like originally suggested.
