I also had mine come off again, and they replaced the window this time, which includes the trim attached from the factory.
Yes, this is all covered under warranty.
I'm sorry to see that you're still having issues. I imagine they replaced the incorrect motor. For AWD, it should be the rear motor, which has the permanent magnet. I would continue to complain and perhaps take it to a different service center, if one is available in your area.
I have 24,600 miles on my CyberBeast, which I have owned for less than a year. My supercharging costs are $931.31. I use a wall connector at home and only use supercharging on trips for military duty and vacations.
I would easily pay $2k for this. Of course, most people aren't in a similar boat...
The rear motor will likely be replaced if you have a dual motor. It took them about three days to get the new motor in. At least the loaner was a Model X Plaid. Unfortunately, it had the 85mph limit, though.
I put in a ticket for my issue again about two weeks ago. Tesla took another ride and verified the vibration. They replaced the front motor (Cyber Beast), and the vibration has been resolved.
Here are the service notes:
Technician inspected the vehicle and confirmed noise from the front drive...
Yes, Tesla service fixed it. Initially, they ordered and planned to replace the entire back glass since the seal doesn't come separately. However, they decided to remove the seal from the new glass and apply some adhesive to stick it to the original window. I don't blame them because removing...
I have the same striping on mine. Maybe it's a Maryland thing.
I also have a similar two-car garage with two single doors. It's the worst thing ever. It fits in the garage, but it's too tight for my liking and takes forever to move in and out so that I have space on either side. I leave the...
I have an appointment to replace my rear glass in about a week. I will talk to my service advisor then. We don't have long waits at my local service center. Sorry that you have such a long wait. Can you try a different service center or do you not have any other options in your area?
I'm glad you got your situation sorted. I started noticing this about a week ago from about 39 - 45 mph and am just now getting around to searching for others with the same issue. I appreciate you updating the post with the resolution.
I created a thread with installing a fridge using the 48V from the frunk connector. It does turn off during certain actions, such as a software update, or after 12 (approximate) hours of being in a deep sleep (no sentry events or wake-ups)...
I've talked to three people at different service centers and they are unable to add it retroactively for whatever reason. I will just have to add it when it's released officially and go to the back of the line.
The Cybertruck bed hauls two full-sized racks (42U) beside each other easily. Nothing hangs over the end of the tailgate.
Edit: I made two of these trips so far while moving, which is why there are different-sized racks in one of the photos.
