Yes - seat all the way back and steering wheel all the way extended. The Cybertruck actually has less legroom than the M3 and MY. In fact it is worst in class for comparable pickups for front legroom.
I'm 6'6" with most of it in my legs. I never have trouble with headroom, but legroom is always an issue. I was concerned because the Cybertruck has less legroom than most cars I buy. However, it turns out it isn't really a problem. The fact that there isn't an intrusive center console really helps.
