They call Google and Facebook technology companies when most sales come from ads. In fact a higher percentage in those two come from ads (think 99%) than vehicles at Tesla (~93%). (TSLA 2023 Total Revenue ~$96.7B vs ~$6B solar and storage.)

Tesla came out with AWD Model 3 shortly after the long range RWD debuted. People probably though the same thing then... You won't see AWD anytime soon...

Other videos have shown pretty bad range, although they were rather fast highway tests. It looks hopeful seeing 304.
