  1. First Cybertruck Front Castings Spotted at Giga Texas!

I seem to recall videos of a large collection of "failed" castings for the MY outside of Gigas Texas and Berlin as they were dialing in the Giga-press for those installations. I had always presumed that we would see that same collection of failures for the CT when the 9000t GP was being dialed...
  2. Aptera news

I look at the Aptera and CT as a 2-car family solution. The Aptera for daily driving and short jaunts/errands... grocery shopping (We live a few miles out of town with a minimum of 6 miles at highway speeds every trip. So, we'll get the benefits of Aptera's low CoD at speed every time we take...
  3. Cybertruck LIVE night driving video on San Francisco streets!

Hmmm... But if it's a structural exoskeleton, won't it all need to be the same thickness? It doesn't seem like there'll be "panels" except for the doors & frunk.
  4. Taxes and the Tesla Semi

Another example of "No good deed goes unpunished..."
  5. Funny Cybertruck memes, images, videos 🤣

Yup!! THERE'S my Cybertruck!! I wonder how many years until that stainless steel is recycled for actually making my CT??
  6. Congratulations Model Y Buyers! (Price Rise Again)

That's what I'm hoping for!! A worthwhile trade-in for the CT.
  7. Congratulations Model Y Buyers! (Price Rise Again)

I'm thrilled we got in at "the low"!!! Looking forward to our MY.
  8. Will you be trading/re-selling your current Tesla for the Cybertruck?

We ordered a model Y on the price dip (taking advantage of the $7500 tax credit as well) to lock in some value and get a great ride while waiting on our CT. When the CT is ready, we will trade-in the model Y, and then our Aptera (hopefully) will be our other daily driver.
  9. Tesla files building plans for diner

Those can go on the building roofs, and shading canopies for those enjoying the outdoors.
  10. Tesla files building plans for diner

This is an interesting idea. Maximize the plot real estate for charging with a big area for restaurant (and perhaps a few other small shops and/or inside/outside lounging) up above. The building portion would also provide shade for the vehicles while they are being charged--reducing A/C and...
  11. Regional Legality of Side Cameras vs Mirrors

Apologies... I truly wasn't sure. Thanks for the clarification. :)
  12. Regional Legality of Side Cameras vs Mirrors

Umm.... You have side mirrors, or you don't have side mirrors. The question is if you don't have them.
  13. Is the Big Wiper Final?

On the BAW/Gigawiper... And now we know what the 9k ton Gigapress is REALLY for!!
