Yes. I love it. And after having to levitate about a dozen times since last Christmas, it is not that hard. Practice makes perfect.

I learned any nearby metal of meaningful mass severely affects the ability to get it to levitate - I tried and failed for ten minutes before I realized that I was trying it beside a lamp with a metal base. I moved it away from the lamp, and placed it easily. It's quite the "thunk!" when it fails and slams down into the base!

Well worth the money

It’s an absolute pain in the ass to get to levitate but looks freaking awesome in my office

I hadn't seen the 3D printed one, but I can tell you this one is plastic with lights. Seems pretty solid.
