It's weird that I'm so excited about getting ANR which may or may not be noticeable and now an update that just changes the name of a couple of things.

It's going to be interesting when people start to get Summon and I'm left waiting like this.

Yeah their rollout definitely isn’t the best. I wish it was more polished like apple or windows where we all get the same update at same time.

‘24 beast here. I got the software update about 2 weeks ago but the ANC was not active. I’m always playing music or the kids are watching the rear screen. I had the idea that maybe it has to calibrate in quiet before it will activate so yesterday I didn’t play any music on my 30 minute commute to work and back.
Getting in the car today I have a blue dot notification and the ANC is now available to activate!

For anyone still waiting for it to activate try driving for a day without any radio playing and see if that will activate it.

edit: just activated after calibration and can’t tell a difference ;D

2024 FS CB here, 32k VIN with CORE wheels. Just got it last night. I am feeling a HUGE difference with respect to road tire noise. I basically hear no road noise and only the electric motor noise and wind noise. Road noise is completely eliminated.

Note that during calibration (when it shows Calibrating..X%) I paused my music, stayed silent and went on highway for ~5 minutes.

Nope. Hardly ever have the radio on. No ANC.

I've had 2026.2.9.1 for almost 2 weeks and I finally got it this morning. I haven't noticed a difference even after it calibrated.

I drove a truck for 45 years so I have heard every song I care to hear 1 million times. But I do listen once in a while.

This proves silent driving doesn't trigger the update.

I will drive blasting an air horn while screaming today to see if being loud triggers the update.
