Or it's due to the containment hold of the VSH Splay issue mine is held for

VSH = Voltage Sense Harness. It's the small-gauge wiring that runs from each brick (cell group) in the HV pack up to the Battery Monitoring Boards (BMBs), so the BMS can measure individual brick voltages and impedances.

"Splay" almost certainly refers to the physical defect mode — the sense pins/terminals at the BMB connector spreading apart so they don't make proper contact, or the harness wires separating at the crimp. That's a classic manufacturing defect for fine-pitch sense connectors and exactly the kind of thing QA would catch on a containment hold
