In a year and a half ownership of my Wonderful robotic vehicle the edge of the frunk lid seems to be hitting my forehead in the exact same spot. Even after adjusting it to its top most position the edge of the lid hits my forehead.

Well, all I can suggest is to be more careful. Mine is over a year old and no injuries. Do you wear a ball cap?
If so ma consider turning it backwards better visibility.
Good luck

I got cut by my CT for the third time today and it had me wondering if I'm the only one clumsy enough to be getting beat up by this thing.

First time - gnarly gash on the top of my head (bald) by the canttrails when loading something into the back row

Second time - closed the door a bit too early and the bottom corner struck my calf

Third time - loading stuff into the bed and the corner of the tailgate sliced my thigh through my shorts

Please tell me I'm not the only one 🥲
None.

Zero times. Had the truck for almost two years now.

Zero. I don't mess with the edges and only mess with the gate and frunk by hand on the plastic "lip".
I might have nailed my head on the latch hook at the center of the frunk same as the hood on my car, which happens but not sure.

Upon purchase of the truck I added the 3D-Printed handles for sticking inside trim (thickness) of the doors. I just grasp those when closing then let go. When opening I put my finger inside the metal shell and pull.

I designed a door corner guard for all 4 doors for this specific reason, because I've been cut by it. Probably not much I can do for the cantrails as it's just a long piece of metal, but I could probably adapt my current design for the tailgate. Just measured the tailgate, I can definitely make one when I get some time tonight. Design is going to be different due to the limited space on the inside face.
