There are few hotels with chargers for guests, your best bet would be to charge to max at the Brownsville SC’s, there are 2 locations. I’ve done this trip 3 times and camped at Raptor Roost and plenty energy left to get back to Brownsville or Harlingen. There’s campground named Rocket Ranch that has a 1 Tesla charger but almost always busy.

I was going to drive from the Bay Area to see this but the 29 hours of driving (one way) was just too much. I had planned to stay at Raptor Roost (looks like a cool place to hang out). Maybe next launch when the catch the booster.... While this looks like a really cool beach it probably won't be open to the public long.
