While I appreciate that is solving the real problem (misalignment of phone to charger coils), I think it’s an incomplete solution.

Mostly because you’re not using OEM Apple MagSafe chargers, and since you’re splitting the USB-C, it can only deliver <15w to each device.
And you’ve got that key card issue.

if you want to maintain 100% keycard functionality and get true 25w MagSafe to each phone, the solution I’m using solves for that: https://www.cybertruckownersclub.co...r-has-a-built-in-heatsink.44192/post-30792342
That is a nice solution, but factory look was more important to me. Does the key cars still work through the MagSafe chargers? Also I started with official Apple MagSafe, but the magnets they use were not strong enough to hold the phone in place on bumps or hard acceleration.

I think my solution looks very OEM, people I show it to cannot tell it’s DIY.

Also if you look at the print design, the MagSafe itself is not embedded in the print, and only has the layer of suede between it, and the phone. So it’s essentially as strong as a direct connection

Yes, the key cards work perfectly through the MagSafe.

It looks very good and doesn’t look DIY. But doesn’t look factory. I probably should have gone this route. But I wanted to also see if I could design a factory quality(mines not, but close? Replacement part and 3D print it as well.

I like that but the ugly cable is just hung over the top.
My setup in my previous FS CT really minimized the visibility of the usb cables.
I routed them through a Foronetry Center Console Cup Holders accessory and plugged them into the USB-C port of a Foronetry USB rear Hub i, but I love the 4 cup holder set up.

This is awesome. You beat me to this design and did a better job than I was planning.
I'm trying to slice this, but it's opening in cura and says that it scaled it up 10000% and it's
still tiny. What unit of measurement did you use making this?

Yeah, go another magnitude of 10, my setting in blender are strange. My Bambu slicer is always like, “this is ridiculously tiny, you probably mean for this to be x units, and it converts it correctly”
