Has anyone taken delivery since the May Cybertruck nationwide hold?

Trying to get a sense of what’s going on after the May hold. Has anyone actually taken delivery recently? If so, roughly where are you located and did Tesla mention anything about the hold or timeline?

I still haven’t gotten any meaningful update from my delivery center — they keep saying they’re waiting on engineering for an update. Curious if others are hearing the same thing or if anyone has actually gotten their truck delivered.

My delivery date was scheduled for 5/09 but postponed due to Inspection/containment hold/VSH issue/battery issue, etc. The cause is as unclear today as it was when they called me on 5/08. No clarity offered by anyone. No target date for a fix offered by anyone. All I get, when I finally hear from anyone, is "please be patient" or "no information is avaliable at this time" or "we want you in your truck as badly as you do" bla bla bla. I thought very highly of Tesla and their app-driven business model prior to this. My opinion is slowing decaying.

I’m 948xx … that’s 300 trucks just there … reported held back trucks are from 93xxx and 95xxx series too … that number goes into thousands … given the fact that not ALL are under hold but then how is it possible that there is a manufacturing defect in random trucks between these series … it’s a mess honestly … best bet is to just wait and NOT get anxious …

Not gonna sugar coat it: this is the exact scenario where Tesla customer service is terrible. It’s difficult to speak with someone, difficult to get clarity on the issue, and impossible for them to set customer expectations accurately.

That said, the initial frustration will be worth it once you get your truck.

No VIN. You'll own nothing and you'll like it.

I too had a scheduled delivery date but was called the evening prior and told it was being postponed due to the need for an inspection. This has been the story by others as well but hopefully you have better luck.
