Polished over 50 Cybertrucks and they look better and better each time

White Diamond is the polish I've been using on mine for 2 years. Each time I polish it, the finish becomes more mirror-like. Definitley not as mirrored as your polishing service produces, but, it has become brighter and brighter after about 10 hand polishes. So smooth and luxe, I've never understood why people keep talking about washes, Bar Keeper's Friend, etc.

I think it's all because of YouTube detailers influencers. There's a lot of advertising content posing as detailing advice, but in reality it's just promoting the another influencer's product. Kind of like the circular money in AI/Nvidia.

I agree, though, it's wildly overcomplicated. Stainless has been around for a while, look up how other industries clean stainless and copy that. It's even easier now, since there's companies like Renegade and the like.

What I would do is grab a 5 inch foam pad and one of these microfiber from walmart. Wrap the microfiber over foam pad and apply polish. This will help keep away from digging into the steel with your fingers and cause scratches
