I felt full of driving since it expired a couple months ago and now I have auto steer that hasn’t worked for a few weeks due to a bad pillar camera outage. Does anybody have auto steer in their cyber truck? And does it work for them?

Autosteer is only available with FSD in the CT.

no auto steer with TACC in the cybertruck. TACC will control speed, slow down in traffic, and stop if there is a lead vehicle, but you have to steer.

I just noticed my Software version says the same… “Traffic-Aware Ceuise Control and Autosteer” , but no settings nor functionality at the moment.. maybe a release soon to come?

I also recently let my FSD trial expire.

I was just talking to the misses about how since now that my FSD trial has expired, Tesla’s most Premium Vehicle now offers an average Cruise Control feature set of the segment…

If they can’t provide FSD with auto steer, they’ll have to buy it back for me

You'll have to go to court, but you won't get Autosteer on the CT without FSD. They removed it from all new vehicles.

It's never been available since I picked mine up last August. Now all the new revision models don't have it either.

Lawyer said I have a good case because it says in my window sticker, and in my contract that basic auto pilot is included in the truck

its their mistake for including it as autopilot during the time of my purchase so they need to pony up since their not working on a software stack for Cybertruck autosteer

Suing them is not going to get auto steer on your CT. They would probably just buy it back and move on and be done. It’s cheaper for the buy back and they would just re sell it and make most of the money back anyway

He would have to prove breach of contract, which is fairly easy here and then also compensatory damages and then any punitive damages.

The threshold for punitive differs from state to state.

You would also have to file an action in tort for negligence for the false advertising and the lack of correction.
