Musk says Cybertruck to get paintball machine gun mounted on bed rails?!

Most important thing I took from that is he confirmed that the floor has bed rails.

Let's be honest - who disliked and/or was repulsed by the Cybertruck when they first saw it?

Ha! My wife is still in the heck no you‘re not buying that ugly thing. Got my kids into it so I’m thinking that saves me.

Let's be honest - who disliked and/or was repulsed by the Cybertruck when they first saw it?

I thought when it rolled out it was a joke and the real one was coming out next. It took me about month of thinking about it to realize it was brilliant. I’m pretty sure I’m one of those that needed to rewire my brain on what a truck can be and not what it should look like. Very excited about Now!

    Bike rack option

True but every hitch bicycle rack blocks the license plate and majority of people (I’m guilty of this) dont remove their plate to be more visible.

    Bike rack option

Exactly but a backup camera is a “nice to have” thing. Losing your rear view mirror just because you have bikes on a hitch or the tailgate down would kinda suck. That’s what makes me think the rear view camera will also serve as a mirror when needed unless they use more than one camera in...

    Support drone flyovers of Giga-Texas

    full steering wheel?

I’m in the whole steering wheel camp but this would be cool. Only problem is most people would have a hard time learning to use their left hand or opposite for a lefty depending on the side it’s installed.

5.5 Foot vs 6.5 Foot Bed

I think this really depends on your situation. For myself I own a home and have a rental. I need a truck for dump runs and moving household items like refrigerator, water heaters and etc....so this question is very personal. There is no right answer.

5.5 Foot vs 6.5 Foot Bed

I vote 6.5 just because my Honda Ridgeline is 5.5 and there have been more than a few times where I was wishing it was longer.
