  1. Just got my invite to design my CT yesterday.

Yep, waiting. Number 1, don't need FS extras or premium. Number 2, prefer the title to say 2025. Number 3, qualify next year for $7500, but probably not this year, and will order variant that qualifies.
  2. I had no choice! I had to cancel my Cybertruck order today.

"from Florida to California by both Rivian and Chevy... What a pathetic showing by cyber." Supposed you used EV Go on your troll 3 truck trip. Not working on any day when needed, so trolling.
  3. Res 114420xxx - got the notice

Ordered a model 3 performance, went up twice in price since. Like a Plaid S, originally $135k, now $82k. Going to wait for the market to play out.
  4. Res 114420xxx - got the notice

Res 1138... just received 4 days ago. Reserved 8/20. Going to pass on FS. 5 months later res, 4 days later invite. Running out of FS invites quickly.
  5. Early delivery of Foundation Series Cybertruck now available to long-term verified TSLA shareholder!

Ha, me too. Went all in 2 years ago with 400 shares then when share price was about $108, bought 20 more with the dregs of my account. Just happened to be 420 shares, not a drug reference at all.
  6. POLL: Would you pick up your CT delivery at GigaAustin if given an option in the future?

It doesn't seem reasonable, but maybe factories are "required" (by whom?) to collect destination delivery fees, even if they had to drive it 20 feet. I think a lot of people would avoid the $2k fee if they could drive away directly from the factory. It may be nothing but a money grab in those...
  7. ‼️ CORRECTED: FOUNDATION SERIES [NOT] MAXXED - WATCH FOR NORMAL RETAIL CONFIG? ‼️

So much for those on Ebay trying to sell their invitations to configure a order. What, it was just here not even 2 hours ago?
  8. Do you think Tesla should honor original reservation price?

Exactly! Dealers justify their existence because traditional vehicles need a LOT of maintenance and repairs. Teslas need next to nothing for years. Tires, go somewhere else. Never needs a brake job, ever. Have a wreck? Body shop, go elsewhere. Anything else? Lavish dealers are over. I...
  9. Do you think Tesla should honor original reservation price?

I am glad that the videos were posted showing the Raptor R getting destroyed in the quarter mile, and the model Y beating a Raptor up a sand dune. This will drive the dealer markups way down as those buyers want performance and will jump in line for a Tesla.
  10. Do you think Tesla should honor original reservation price?

To OP, what do you say to dealers that have $50,000 mark-ups on certain models? Try to buy a Raptor R at less than $160k right now. People pay $230k for the 911 Turbo S that merely ties a Cybertruck to 60 mph all day long. Those buyers are already driving this market up as buyers now.
  11. Do you think Tesla should honor original reservation price?

Old man to jury: When I was a kid, we got a Model T for $650. This is a rip-off.
  12. Do you think Tesla should honor original reservation price?

Soon, it will be similar to Venezuelan price increases: "What do mean $954,000? I thought you wanted $39,000, just a few years ago. I will get a lawyer to stop the madness." LOL.
  13. Do you think Tesla should honor original reservation price?

To OP: I bet you get mad after Black Friday, and the price is the same next Tuesday, even lower, the following weekend. When shoplifters target Wal-Mart everyday, you: Yes! Stick it to the MAN! After all, corporations are only in business for the greed. When prices doubled on toilet paper...
  14. Just Ordered My Foundation Series Allocation! Post Your Invitations / Order Confirmations! 🙌

Those estimating "white decor" at $1,000: It is not white seats, just white on doors and dash that all trucks will have AFAIK. The seats will still be black.
  15. Two questions about the "$1000 off other models while you wait" email

Do another careful email search with various search words. It is probably there
  16. Prediction: A slew of CT cancellations on the horizon

There is a reason people pay $230k for a 911 or $430k for a Ferrari that can tie this truck or $3.5 million for a Bugatti Chiron that beats this, but a $90k Plaid destroyed in a race. People pay for performance. Wait until the price comes down. Plaid S was $135k, now $90k.
  17. Prediction: A slew of CT cancellations on the horizon

Some are mad about the price. Performance costs a lot. Porsche 911 that ties this truck costs $230k. The price will come down in a few years, just as the Plaid was $135k, now $90k. Don't like the price? Wait a few years, or buy a Tacoma.
  18. Prediction: A slew of CT cancellations on the horizon

In 19 trims, only the very highest Turbo S trim can keep up, but not beat a beast Cybertruck at 2.6 0-60. At $230k, and 3,636 lbs, not even close since the Cybertruck weighs almost twice that and still keeps up at $130k lower price. Porsche has had an 80 year head start. Tesla wins in 4 years...
