Factory Ladder Bed Rack For Cybertruck Spotted in Reveal Night Image

//With all due respect, I'm not sure the "most important" question relates to whether the CYBRTRK will have a snowplow attachment. (But wait...now I see your laughing emoji.) Agreed...a snowplow may not be the MOST desired attachment. How about those that want a winch attachment; or wants to...

Factory Ladder Bed Rack For Cybertruck Spotted in Reveal Night Image

Well, heck. I believe you're right. I never saw that. It's a little hard to fathom, but it looks as if, in the render, that the left side door of the wing thing is in the up position. It took me a while to figure it out. But great!!! If this is a factory option, it's going to appeal to many more...

Turn bankrupt gas stations into supercharger locations

I think you missed the point of the original post....the posting was about utilizing the abandoned, boarded up, bankrupted gas stations and converting them to supercharging stations. (As a result of an anticipated recession.) The original posting did not state or refute the fact that gas...

Turn bankrupt gas stations into supercharger locations

Good points and very likely you are correct. I live in Maryland. In the Silver Spring area, not far from where I live, the first gas station in the United States converted to all-electric chargers. I think the State of Maryland kicked in with a grant to set the station up as an experiment. And...

Turn bankrupt gas stations into supercharger locations

I just read an article that stated, with the coming recession caused by the coronavirus crisis, that many gas stations will go out of business. Were that true, I wonder if it would make economical sense for Tesla to buy up a bunch of these abandoned stations all across the nation, and convert...

Cybertruck redesign (bad April Fool's hoax)

Yeah, I'm with you...let's just hope it's an April Fools Day joke. That rendering is a nothing-burger. If this is the new design, cancel my reservation. "gimme my money back.

Musk: Cybertruck Gigafactory to be Built in Central US Location. Where Do You Think It Should Be?

Ah ha...found it..the links I was looking for....I knew back in 2014, Texas was trying to lure Texas to build the first giga factory. He Ahh ha....here are the links...hopefully the Legislature can up their ante and Elon will look at Texas another time...

We're Giving Away Some Cybertruck Keychains (Contest Inside)

Me too!....check my avatar photo. I ride a 2015 BMW GS1200. It weighs about 550. Plus me on top and all the junk I usually carry, say a total of 750 pounds. Man! I'd hate to put a kink in that ramp. Cool as it is, if that thing got bent, heck, it'll never retract again. Yeah. I'm a bit worried...

Musk: Cybertruck Gigafactory to be Built in Central US Location. Where Do You Think It Should Be?

Did not Texas offer huge tax incentives and other inducements to lure Tesla when Elon was dangling GiggaFactory No. 1 to the various states? (I'm sure there must be a link to the Texas offer. It seems like their inducement included land near Austin.) I'll bet that that offer still stands...

Robotaxis - won't they be trashed?

Great idea! Because I'd probably never let my Tesla become part of the random robo fleet, it never occurred to me of other possibilities. But yeah, my wife needs a ride home from work––just send the CYBRTRK to go get her. The kids need a ride to school––no problem––send the Tesla. Taking an...

Cybertruck will have radar heater to deal with snow / winter weather

Ah ha...got it. I thought it was some sort of internal heater for the cabin. From the reports I read, it was mentioned in the same breath as the heat pump and I sort of figured it had to do with cabin temperature or something to heat the seats. Thank you for clearing that up.

Cybertruck will have radar heater to deal with snow / winter weather

What is a radar heater? I've never heard those two words used together. Hmmmm......in the caption of the video above, they refer to it as heated radar. Which is it?

High Tech items for CyperTruck possible?

Quite right. Imperative that all the bells and whistles don't drive the price up too much. The fart machine and the games available are cute, but I would far rather have Elon concentrate on the functional aspects. Features and engineering that promote battery longevity and range above all.

    Name your Cybertruck

Simple. I'm calling mine DEUCE You know, like two; like a pair of electric motors...like that big mother truck I drove in the Army. Now, if I could afford the tri-motor, I'll call her TRINITY (God, father, and the holy spirit...all wrapped in one stainless steel beast.)
