Speak for yourself. Just because in your world it is not needed does not mean it is redundant.
Like others have pointed out, there are short people in this world. For example children or even my parents have a difficult time getting into the truck with “entry” since there are no grab handles...
It’s definitely an improper connection to that breaker. Probably was not torqued to spec and as seen in your photos some of the strands bent causing high resistance and arching.
Only other concern is that it tripped the “first” breaker. I would question if the wires to the charger were intact...
Have you seen all of these site sponsors such as evbase, Tesslaunch, cybergearco, tesstudio? Look at their running boards. They’re all the same, selling for 650-1000.
The same ones on Alibaba are $300. Only difference they require a minimum quality of at least 2 and of course shipping costs...
Doubt it. No way Tesla would spend so much R&D on an aftermarket part with options in the software to only include in the FS Beast.
it’s just like the mess with the aero covers, a shit show.
I’m suprised no one else noticed this as well. For a truck to be used off-road, I’d rather not have rocks and debris clanking in there.
Seems like a major design flaw leaving it open. I would have purchased this step if it was closed at the ends.
Another idea is being able to modify the stock height of the truck in the settings so you would know the new night when adjusting the air suspension if you have mods or additions to your truck.
Such as having a lift or a roof rack and going into parking garages.
Same, my truck was in for air suspension and tailgate issues. Got a text that my wheel covers are in and if I wanted them installed. Picking up the truck tomorrow.
just received the email for the covers after that text.
I wouldn't say they’re reliable, but that’s my experience with the Abarth, modded and driven hard. If anyone thinks Tesla’s materials are cheap, they have never been in a Fiat.
With that said, I have 2 model Ys with out issue. One is a performance and the other is LR 7 seater. Never had any...
Yes. I brought in my truck for issues with the air suspension and tail gate latching issue. Was messaged if I wanted them to install the wheel covers or put them in the bed since I have aftermarket center caps. This is the Las Vegas NV service center.
Seriously? Next thing you’re going to say is a wife mode, to prevent the wife from crashing the cybertruck, thus bricking the truck.
These trucks are new. It’s always the first model year where owners are “beta” testers no matter what brand. It is your choice to buy or wait a couple years...
Are these laws enforced? I have heard of warnings, but never anyone actually getting a ticket for uncovered light bars.
As far as the OEM light bar, just from the look alone, I don’t think anyone would even notice it unless they knew what they were looking at due to the short profile.
