I'd recommend reporting it to NHTSA so they can conduct a thorough investigation. Posting in these forums will just get you denialism by the usual suspects.
Complaints can be filed through NHTSA.gov or by calling NHTSA's Vehicle Safety Hotline at 888-327-4236.
Tacoma is all-new gen for 2024, hence the plethora of issues. Not all that different from Cybertruck. They'll both work out the kinks. Reliability is a big
My 2021 Tacoma after 3 and half years have had zero issues while my 2019 Model 3 needed 3 repairs in the first 4 months of ownerships...
Software options don't count toward $80k limit to get the tax credit so you can add FSD at the time of purchase and Tesla should still give you 7500 tax credit at the point of sale.
Yes, R1T requires you to buy the All-Terrain package for $3,950 which adds the spare tire but the good thing is that it neatly fits in the bed trunk. Plus this package gets you all-terrain tires, reenforced underbody shield, and air compressor and two Gear Guard cable anchors.
Honestly, I'm...
This is why all other trucks come with a spare tire but Tesla expects you to pay $1300 for a spare tire kit and keep it in your bed taking up useful space.
This patch kit is solid! I bought it 8 years ago and just used it again for my niece's car couple of months ago. It's working great even though it's been sitting in my hot car all these years.
Positive reviews don't get clicks? There are YouTube channels and even x accounts solely dedicated to positive Tesla news and reviews that do really well. Even Jason Cammisa's highly positive review now has 5.3M views, even though the Hagerty Channel is mostly ICE fans.
Unfortunately, Cyberfreak is the one that got the facts wrong this time. Hummer EV has a turning circle of 37.1 ft. Cybertruck is 41.9ft.

"In two-wheel steering mode, meaning only the two front wheels turn, the Hummer EV turning circle is 44.3 feet or 13.5 meters. With four-wheel steering, meaning all four wheels turn, things get even tighter, enabling the supertruck a turning circle of 37.1 feet or 11.3 meters."

Here's more current rankings of Teslas by Motortrend. Pretty good still..

LOL, pricing isn't the only thing that dictates whether a car is luxury or not. Tesla offers so many nice features standard, not to mention the tech is miles ahead of others. The base model Ioniq5 and Mach E don't even have sunroofs. Also you don't put the same car in multiple categories...
The #1 and 2# rankings I listed are their mainstream categories.
In the EV rankings, Model 3 and Y are #1 and Model S and X are #2 in their respective categories.

They rank the 2024 Model 3 #1 in the luxury compact sedan category above the BMW 3 series. They also called the highland "EV benchmark". And Model Y is #2 in the luxury compact SUV. Sounds pretty fair to me...
Motortrend named the Tesla Model S the ULTIMATE car of the year. Did Tesla pay them for that?

Motortrend is actually one of the few publications that gets early access to Teslas. They got the Model S Plaid and took it to the drag strip. They also got the Model 3 refresh months before anyone else in the US.
Sounds like it's the best vehicle ever made...for you! And it will be for many others. But it's important to remember we all value different attributes in cars so there will never be a "one size fits all", per se.
