Canā€™t wait to see the camper.
  2. Anybody have experience with or thoughts about this spare hitch solution?

This one avoids the camera obstruction. https://westcottdesigns.net/product/universal-modular-single-tire-carrier/ This is only one that I could locate. The Wilco one doesnā€™t seem to move it enough. It doesnā€™t list the weight, but I imagine it weighs a fair amount.

  4. Ultimate Glamping Machine: Custom Slide-Out Kitchen with Urander Rack & 4-Person Tent!

I put a microwave in my four wheel camper after having one in my Sportsmobile. I mostly go out for mountain biking and canyoneering trips. Friends said, ā€œwhy do you need a microwave?ā€ After a day of play, I am eating and drinking warm tea while they are still dealing with the stove. You want a...
  5. Guy walks into traffic while on his phone. Kicks my CB.

I did criminal law for decades. The worst behavior from clients in court was generally traffic court. Hitting a pedestrian is not a rule of the road. Pedestrians are human beings to which a duty of care is owed. There are laws which establish criminal guidelines for minimum practices to ensure...
  6. Paint Splatter Wrapped Cybertruck

Brings out memories of the BMW M1 Andy Warhol art car. Both are beautiful. I really like it and would love to see someone make a wheel or cover that looks like the stock M1 wheel.
  7. Rack mounts are abysmal. Are there any billet pieces that attach to create a flat surface with female thread?

That rack is mondo. They ran a steel stringer along the entire sail. Well played. I canā€˜t tell if the towers are welded or attached with round female fittings on the stringer. If itā€™s the later, that makes a lot of sense. Plug and play.
  8. How do you describe the Cybertruck driving experience?

Combination of a GT3, F250, and seventies Caddy. Stunningly good.
  9. Rack mounts are abysmal. Are there any billet pieces that attach to create a flat surface with female thread?

For the record, I love the truck. I love Tesla. Iā€™m long on Tesla. Tesla has been very good to me. I understand why everyone is quick to react. Iā€™ve been in this from the beginning. I remember when the community on Electrek was a great place to learn and inquire. And I saw what it devolved into...
  10. Rack mounts are abysmal. Are there any billet pieces that attach to create a flat surface with female thread?

What does this mean? What third party solution solves it? I have been through all of them. Iā€™m happy to be enlightened, but not lectured. itā€™s a design flaw. It happens. I have proposed a solution. If I had a CNC machine I would knock one out. Iā€™m asking that someone make one who does. I love...
  11. Rack mounts are abysmal. Are there any billet pieces that attach to create a flat surface with female thread?

User error. Ha. That is a good one. Iā€™m talking about the fact that the rack tower interface surface isnā€™t flat. Such that the towers, and accompanying cross bars are not at a 90 with the ground. As in, if the towers were of sufficient length to reach the height of the next bars you would be...
  12. Rack mounts are abysmal. Are there any billet pieces that attach to create a flat surface with female thread?

I understand the rack interface is not great as far as strength. Who dreamed that up? But there are not many things I want to mount so they are falling off the truck. On a truck with outstanding acceleration? Ahhh no. At a minimum there should be an allowance for a flat crossbar surface without...
