@Diehard Thank you for sharing. @TechOps the quote is a good example of things comming presented by "the competition" that will need to be adressed by Tesla upon revealing the production version of the CT.
Much time has passed since the initial reveal (2019..) in EV Time it is even more...
"Patience is a virtue"
just sit back and chillax.🤗
My impatience (CT wise) dissappeared as soone as a MY order had been placed.
For my wife, but I will be allowed to play with it.:p
Now I have something to look forward too. Something that actually can be seen on the roads now.
Not so far...
Like a living creature..... producing while still growing. 😉
It would be great if you let somebody competent take an inside video (Texas Quad Squad ?)
There are thousands of customers that will be very happy, even if they only get to see the censored version.
Pretty please ? 🤗
I thought the same.... but only of people from Denmark🇩🇰.....
Haveing worked with.... oh sh:poop: I have the same prejudices . I have to better myself and appologise to all RedWhiteDynamites.
On the other hand.... I ordered a Model Y, only as it became clear that I will...
but did you know that I (and allmost every other german) have to pay > 20 US$ each month for this "Public service"...... over 240$ each year!!
For those billions we should get at least no fake news......IMHO.
Sadly ZDF and ARD are not realy unbias and certainly not independed...
IF you can get into the bed........
otherwise just use the outdoor socket via adapter at the heated charging port, like the new
IONIQ 5 comes with as standart.
Given you buy one first, if Tesla won't give this great feature to S3XY owners......
No pressure Elon...:ROFLMAO...
What about ordering several (even of different types) with time delay in between.
You will get one early, when ever this will be, of which kind is up to the production lottery/gods, and can test it.
After a while you will get another (different type) and have the opportunity to sell/trade in...
We are divided by water but thinking a like.
I judge the power outlets of any EV by a possible usage as house/home power backup.
Therefore it has to be at least 2kWpeak and 0,5kW continious for 12 hours.
For my PV System I choose to max out the installed kWp (22kWp) instead of buying a pricy...
In 1996 I spent some time in Chicago.
A freind of mine (driving Ford Pickup or 740 Volvo always) showed me his garage.....
It had a powerfull gasheater inside.
In Germany you did not heat your garage (if you had one) Thus I was a bit surprised.
He told me it was because of the harsh winters...
You are totaly right LoPro !
If Tesla does not provide a powerfull outlet (3Phase 11kW bidirectional, they have the build in charger anyway) they are no longer an "industy leader" imho.
Actually I would rather buy a (used or totaled) Ioniq5 (still no specs though) than a powerwall (;-) Even...
As a born and raised german those kind of articles are not new to me, but I agree with Crissa and Ehninger1212.
FUD still sells and baits clicks......
To not grant a final permit would be the greatest embarassment to Germany.
My people have become very scared of change in large parts of the...
My wife (not realy a BEV Fan, with a dislike for CT) and I took a test drive in a Model3LR last week.
It was our first time actually driving a Tesla.... (buts in seats....😛)
After this experiance my wife emidiatly wanted to buy a Tesla (model 3) right away.😳
She was pumped up (e.g. exceeding...
I am sorry to have been misunderstood.
My system is based on micro-inverters with integrated MPPT for each module.
I do not use a battery (total cost inefficient and we have practically no power outages where I live :)).
The BEV will only be charged (>2kW-11kW) during peak PV...
You made some very valid points and I value your post very much. (y)
But at this point I have to object:
If it would be so inefficient, how would you ever run your AC home grid from it ???
My converter sits right at the panel and has a rated efficiency that is much higher...
