If you want a boring, traditional work truck that will blend in, then go with the Ford. I'm sure it will be great. For me, I want something that looks futuristic befitting the technology within. I like exotic-looking vehicles, and that's why the Cybertruck does it for me.
I think the wheel covers look cool. However, time will tell if they actually make it to the final design. If they're plasticky and cheap, there will most likely be more durable aftermarket alternatives.
Frankly, I've gotten kind of tired of seeing all these "Final Updates Revealed" videos popping up all over YouTube. They're nothing more than highly speculative opinions showing the same old Cybertruck clips from over a year or two ago. Not much more than clickbait, unfortunately.
I'm sure Weathertech will be all over this with their rubber floor mat inserts in no time after the finalized Cybertruck is revealed. I've had these in my Hummer H3 for over a decade, and my light-colored carpet beneath still looks brand new.

I think it's wrong to pan this camper design before it is even out of the gate. That being said, we all need to see the finalized Cybertruck design before we can be absolutely certain if the Cyberlandr is even going to work with it as intended. There are too many unknowns and variables...
This would be a game changer if it gets produced, and I agree that it is just as revolutionary as the Cybertruck itself. Even at $50K, I'd buy this over a bulky trailer that I'd need to tow and park somewhere.
I wanted an open and high ceiling like the rest of my house and attached garage. Like you said, it can be useful for extra storage. I was thinking about a double car lift above the Cybertruck. There is plenty of room for it.
I've already built a custom new garage for the Cybertruck, and it will fit in there just fine. My NSX is not a daily driver beater. I only have 22,000 miles on it. I have a Hummer H3 for that, and it's not likely to make it past 200,000 miles without some major engine overhaul.
