Wheels, fenders, hood, brakes, underbody protection. They’ve been selling for almost a year without any products to actually sell. So far they’re just selling vaporware.
Just curious who has put a deposit down for @Unpluggedperformance parts? It’s been 11 months and $15k later and I haven’t seen one product from them. Anyone else in the same boat?
My rep told me I could get my parts sooner if I gave ya’ll my truck for SEMA. The only catch was I had to rip off my $10k wrap and pay another $5k for you guys to wrap my truck in a terrible color. Then I’d have to pay another $10k to get my wrap put back on. This has been a terrible experience...
The biggest thing to worry about is weight load rating when considering rims. I think 2650lbs is minimum required. Also unplugged performance don’t even have wheels they can sell you. It’s basically vaporware
I have it too. For me, it’s coming from this rubber seal. When going fast and/or windy conditions, this rubber piece doesn’t seal 100% and can let air in creating the noise. I’ve had a passenger play around with it and temporarily fixes the problem but will need a more permanent solution.
You would be surprised at how many hate comments I got (mostly on FB) for raising this concern. This is something I’ve been trying to chase down for months and yes I finally got confirmation the owners manual will be updated to the correct number. Your setup will be exactly half of what it’s...
We did it. Tesla will be updating the user manual to the correct vertical load limit. It will be more than double what it currently says. Thanks to all that questioned this. And to the ones that downplayed our concerns, you were wrong. I’m stoked to finally put this to rest.
