It looked like she went to make a lane change to the left, didn’t see the white SUV and over corrected. This video shows the first part. You can see her entering using the on-ramp behind the orange rig.

Feb 18th, 2024 Stopped to help. Everyone was okay but the girl in the Jeep was hyperventilating while crying and talking to her Mom on the phone. She was young, likely her first accident. Not a single other person/vehicle stopped to help. We need to help our fellow humans.
