    Side mirror heating

If they are easily removable...take them off, put them in your car in the evenings when frost might be an issue in the morning, and then snap them back on when you roll out. No defrosting necessary.

    What would prevent your purchase?

Been a couple months since this has been discussed and with the pending news coming next week, it will be interesting to see if any of the concerns discussed in this thread will receive any kind of attention or clarity. I reread through the thread and here's the Cliff Notes version of concerns...

Rumors of Two Cybertruck Versions (Including Smaller "Wolverine") & March Reveal Event

I don't think was smaller. Not in terms of going from a full size truck to anything that would be considered not full size. Which would be the case for a "wolverine" size truck. I still think any change in size was/will/is only being done to make driving in the "Boring Company" size tunnels...

Cybertruck updates coming 1/26 on next Tesla earnings call

I agree. Little to no news coming on the 26th. Outside of the reveal and "battery day" it's been pretty dry for 2+ years and I don't expect that to change. The announcement of no door handles was fun for about a day; the HW 4 announcement was interesting; and then quad motor surprise was a...

    Bollinger bites the dust

Oh that's easy. Just build them with a full-size spare tire. Well...not everyone here. 33% thought we might be seeing it on the road in 2025-2026 timeframe.

Car & Driver article: Tesla Cybertruck Is Delayed, and We're Not Surprised

Find a nice relaxing spot to read...and try to find a happy place. https://www.caranddriver.com/news/a37258128/tesla-cybertruck-production-delayed/?fbclid=IwAR0tKVDtEpyKqw6dqgKNsm-zIoVTQU61DWRgmmKRNfxdyNKmxDO46ThFvKg

Product Roadmap to be announced at the earnings call.

Pure speculation. I'm not an insider, but I heard through valid sources that an update on the timeline for an additional gigapress used to stamp out the windshield wiper would be provided.

    SilveradoEV 2024 deets finally revealed:

I think the best news from this Chevy reveal was that you could get 400 miles out of the lowest base model; the fleet model. A projected 400 miles out of a projected $39k truck. That's pretty sweet.

    SilveradoEV 2024 deets finally revealed:

If the Trailboss edition available in 2023 is less then $65k it will be a popular pick...especially if it can get 400+ miles out of a full charge.

Folding rear seats (& center seat) confirmed in new Cybertruck patent! Points to possible pass through?

Don't get too excited. For those of you out there for which the CT will be you first truck, many trucks rear seats come forward...without a pass through to the bed. I'm not saying there won't be a pass through, I'm just saying a rear folding seat does not confirm a pass through.

VIDEO - Tesla Cybertruck TeraFactory Site Construction Is Well Underway

What are the dimensions of the factory? I'm having a hard time "picturing" it. Can someone with some knowhow "overlay" something like a dozen football fields over it to help me visualize this beast. How many floors is it?

Which EV truck will have most deliveries in 2023?

It definitely will not be the Silverado, Hummer, or Ram. If any of the remaining hit 50k in 2023, I think they will win the production race for the year. Just my factless based opinion. This number probably rules out Rivian also since I think they've stated a capacity of something under...

Projection: How Big Could Tesla's Revenue From The Cybertruck Be By 2026?

29k units delivered in 2024 hey? How many does that mean for 2022 and 2023 then? Seems like fake news.

🎥 [Update: NOT Production Wiper] New Cybertruck design spied! Shortened front, no door handles, side mirrors, curved windshield glass! [Dec. 10]

It's not meaningless; that's the point. Less then 500 miles of range with AT tires will be a disappointment. Some maybe disappointed if it doesn't get 500 miles with even more aggressive tires.

🎥 [Update: NOT Production Wiper] New Cybertruck design spied! Shortened front, no door handles, side mirrors, curved windshield glass! [Dec. 10]

I think the point was that it debuted with 35s and 500+ miles of range, so the expectation is that we will get 500 miles of range with 35s on it. If we have to pay more to "upgrade" to 35s AND then get less range it's going to be a huge disappointment.

🎥 [Update: NOT Production Wiper] New Cybertruck design spied! Shortened front, no door handles, side mirrors, curved windshield glass! [Dec. 10]

6.5' is bed definitely preferred to a 5.5' bed for me also. But what if the tailgate has an ability to extend out after it's opened...like a drawer or table with leafs?

🎥 [Update: NOT Production Wiper] New Cybertruck design spied! Shortened front, no door handles, side mirrors, curved windshield glass! [Dec. 10]

If the wiper is really going to look like that, it better be the greatest functioning wiper in the history of mankind ...for all of eternity. 1) I have faith the bed length is still 6.5ft 2) Not sure what to think of the bed insert. 3) Not concerned about the front light placement or lightbar...

Who really wants to know what the CT final specs and features are going to be? The OEMS.

LOL. Using ABRP is what got me concerned with the hunting issue to begin with. I need that buildout ASAP! Or just one more charger strategically placed! You really think I should only expect ~320 miles of usable range on a good day even in the first couple of years?
