Well... I'm in a great T-Mobile area and I am definitely on AT&T with the CT. I know this because it has the same dead spots as my F350 that has AT&T connectivity. So if we can choose it, I would certainly like to know how.

You need to look at the lifetime T&Cs and see if it mentions streaming. If it does not, then you are SOL.
