Ive tried doing it with multiple “stops” as you can press “continue trip” but it just confuses the FSD. So natively, no. But maybe if you can cleverly plant multiple stops as if they were waypoints, it could sequentially follow them?
Also- they should fix any damage they caused, regardless of the severity. Id ask them to repair the tailgate trim and support.
I would also ask them to redo the light bar, whatever the cost to them. it should not be lopsided.
Its done through your service center. Ask to speak to the service manager and request the buy back. Service manager presents it to business resolution team
You said it yourself, its better than it was. With more data, more real world scenarios, ideally it will continue to improve. The measurement in inches was possible due to the Ultrasonic sensors that Tesla used to equip their vehicles with. Tesla is making a bet/gamble with vision only autonomy...
I understand your position. Thanks for clarifying. I think Tesla’s flaw was naming their driver assistance software “Full Self Driving”. Its like calling “almond milk” “milk”. Or a store brand “frozen dairy desert product” “ice cream”. Its a misnomer. And that in of itself is misleading.
As you...
It sounds like @dalton108 EXPECTS Tesla to follow through with the concept of “your car will be able to drive itself” promise made by the CEO, and intends to try to ensure that they do, regardless of what that means legally. It sounds like @REM is interpreting the TOS and what he understands...
I wonder if tesla will continue to offer hardware upgrades at a fee for those who did not buy FSD as a package? If i recall, they did until basically the latest computer no longer fit in the car in question.
I am not a computer hardware engineer, but i just don't understand why the form factor has to change so much between generations. I would think that part of the fun of designing hardware like this is the classic getting a “square peg to fit in a round hole” problem?
Interesting regarding the delivery location issue. I guess the tax situation makes sense as the state you actually take delivery in is the state you “purchased” the vehicle. I didnt know NJ didnt charge sales tax on EV’s.
