Just called and they manually added it in a few minutes! It shows up in the Tesla app, scroll all the way down to “Specs & Warranty” Wish it didn’t have an expiration date!

I originally ignored the Powershare survey and instead opted for the credit of six months of supercharging which was stated would apply within a month of delivery. It’s now been over two months and I haven’t heard anything. Has anybody received their supercharging credit?
