So what is ESG?
I found these quotes on https://investjustly.com/about-esg/
"An ESG score is compiled from data collected around specific metrics related to intangible assets within the enterprise."
Intangible assets? What's that? (Reading on...)
"They are used for a myriad of specific...
I was at the supermarket once looking for some dish soap. A mother and her teenage daughter whiz by to grab a bottle in a hurry. The daughter says grab the one that's good for the environment! In my ignorance I asked, "it's soap! How can it be good for the environment?" Startled, and...
I'm curious why Tesla ever took orders outside North America. Early on he stated it was going to be purpose built as a US market truck per size and other regulations. Popular social media posts admit concerns about legality of CT in home country, so overseas "buyers beware" was a common sentiment.
I'm hoping to get 300k miles with minimal issues.
That should give me about 25 years before serious overhauls needed. What will battery and motor technology look like in 2048-2050?
I might consider a modular reactor replacement for my battery. Hopefully Thorium won't be too expensive. I...
I found a local Harley Dealer had a used Livewire for sale a mile from where I worked. I went over during a quick break and they let me ride around the lot since I forgot my wallet at work 🙃 Just that little trip was too tempting for me, it was super fun to ride. 👌Not so tempting to throw 20k on...
Bear with me a second... I'm not talking politics just sharing historical information.
I'm reading a historical biography by Nicholas Gage based in Post WW2 Greece where there was a communist uprising vs nationalist supported by Britian. The Civil war was brutal and common epithets from the...
I would think this would be a good time for Tesla to buy some of their shares back.
Reasons:
1)Tesla has cash on hand. Unless they are planning a BIG purchase soon they could reinvest in themselves.
2)Financials are looking good and production is expected to increase, thus raising profits...
...it's also notable that there is significant macro pressure that Tesla have been performing relatively well against recently. There's a lot to break down here.
MyTwitter: @myteslacybertruck pick me up 15 minutes.
MyTeslaCybertruck: @MyTwitter As you wish my human overlord. Dropping off ride share clients then heading your way. Your cabin will be heated to your preferred tempature and your favorite music will be playing. I will open the door for you...
I was just out of college in 2012 and didn't want to buy stock because I was already overleveraged with heavy student loan debt. I didn't want to risk my money on a new company. I was also afraid that Elon believed in his values so much he would run the company in the ground if he had to see...
This is no different than accidentally stepping on the gas instead of accelerator or leaving the car in drive and getting out. Everybody smart enough to own a jet knows summon is still a user controlled feature. Sure the car should have turned around the plane, but the car operator should have...
Is it to much to ask the Cybertruck to automatically summon down the boat ramp, automatically open the tailgate and midgate while I pull this out of the water and slide the kayak in the back, automatically open my door for me while carrying my gear from kayak?
Anyways, thanks for the slowmo...
