To really appreciate CT, sometimes we have to hop into age old cars. I was traveling last week and had to take uber multiple times. When I sat in my Beast today, boy it was heavenly.
Exactly! Something similar happened to me yesterday - someone parked a huge F350 with raised suspension next to my Beast. The suspension was so high that my CT looked like a dwarf next to it. I then thought about this post. So many truck owners raise the suspension high and these TFL guys...
lol so true. CT is indeed a very practical truck with great utility. Itās unfortunate how it gets perceived with these videos. These YouTubers pretend to represent the entire community of Truck owners. Whatever they say is just their opinion and their priorities. Everyone has different needs!
I see what you mean. I donāt have exact dimensions of CT vs ICE bed floor space dimensions, but based on what other members mentioned, CT bed floor space is more than traditional truck floor space with wheel wells. Of course if there is an opportunity to add more storage anywhere in the bed...
These guys will never give a fair assessment for Cybertruck. I couldnāt watch beyond 3 mins of the review. He reviews the bed. Doesnāt mention the pros - no wheel wells, vaulted storage, 2500 lbs payload, electric outlets, L-tracks, adjustable suspension, but instead he calls out angular shape...
Tough and rugged - find me a truck thatās more dent resistant than Cybertruck. People have been shooting bullets at that thing to show how tough the body is!
Hauling - find me a truck that has more payload than Cybertruck in its class. With AT tires, itās freaking 2500 lbs payload in a 6ā bed...
I follow Tesla earning calls closely as an investor. They have point blank answered why there is a decline - they are in between growth periods. They have also said Teslaās future is not just about selling cars. Think about it for a min. If you are building solid EVs that can last for decades...
He is right on a few things but the final conclusion is completely wrong IMO. CT is not a demo or experimental project. Itās a very badass truck in its segment. Dimensions, payload, towing, torque, maneuverability, air suspension, HFS body, power outlets, cameras, vaulted cargo, and so many...
When it comes to Tesla or Cybertruck, I have completely lost trust in the main stream media. Hereās a little trick I do to stay sane - I just interpret the complete opposite of what the author is saying. It brings my blood pressure and stress significantly down! š
Iāll let CT do its thing and have sales number tell the story. Haters will hate, but there is no rule anywhere that says haters wonāt turn into fanboys. Two of my friends who hated Cybertruck put the deposit after seeing it in real. Cybertruck will sell itself, and those who continue to hate...
He totally lost me when he said steer by wire has been done in cars before, and it was a solution to solve a "mistake" of longer wheel base. Wow! Just wow. Does he know the wheel base of full ton trucks? How many mass produced cars in past had 48V architecture with steer by wire and dent...
Combination of haters, click bait influencers, people who lack vision for the future, those who want to support traditional automotive industry, the list goes on. World has turned into an illusion and opinionated bubble of what you want to see. But the reality is there is always one truth as per...
I see an image with boat towed behind. Probably the vehicle is parked. Howās this a competition against CT nosediving from 4ā at high speed? What am I missing? š¤·āāļø
haha! Imaginary āwonāt fall apartā update is more comforting than āalways falls apartā default feature on other vehicles. I donāt have a crystal ball, but my theory is that CT will outlast almost all other vehicles on the market by several decades. The closest contender could be Toyotas. CT...
Booooo (with 23 Os) on that statement! š Ok jokes apart, itās not about the height but the impact angle and momentum. Are you saying a 7000 lbs loaded Raptor can do 45 degrees nose dive from 4ā height at a good speed, hit the ground head on, and get out unscathed? lol š
I watched this video a few times. I think he did a nose dive from 4ā height. It was more like a crash. Iām surprised airbags didnāt deploy. Just look at how much the rear wheels are off the ground and the impact angle at the front. Itās pretty bad!
