Just to follow-up. Recalibration didn't work for me. Tonneau was finally fixed by the SC -> Remove and replaced RH and LH Horizontal Rail Assembly, they were misaligned. It's been good ever since.

Feel lucky if you get a loaner at all! In my neck of the woods, no loaner available. SC had my CT for 3 days. At least, they fixed everything I asked.

I visited a different SC and they were able to resolve my issue. Repair Notes: Identified customer concern. Tested wiring circuit and found improper pin fitment. Replaced affected terminals. Tested, no safety restraint system fault alert present at this time.

I really like this one. I got mine from Foronetry last Nov. It holds more and doesn't fall off. I haven't had any issues with my stuff falling out due to excessive acceleration. However, it really depends on what you store in there.
