As a level 100 introvert, I definitely do not enjoy the attention.
However, having a truck straight out of bladerunner really just trumps that aspect.
I do also get to build my social durability which is good(I guess š«¤).
It's spring, in my area this past winter we had the most snow in many years. Well, not once did I have any issue with snow or ice building up on the headlights on my daily 70 mile round trip commute.
Figured I'd update here for future cybertruckians.
Ah, interesting. I actually found out about the background ranging thing last week while researching the topic and how the pixel 7 Pro lacked this feature. I did not find any Tesla documentation citing this though. I suppose thatās that then.
Thanks for the info!
Does anyone have a pixel 7 pro and has auto open frunk working?
Iāve done all possible troubleshooting and itās not working. Unsure if this is something with the pixel 7 Pro or if this feature on android in general is a bit buggy at the moment. Or, just me?
Lol, fake news.
In case you didn't know, electrek is anti Elon/Tesla. They still publish articles saying software updates are recalls.
It's best to avoid that site unless you are interested in bad takes on just about everything automotive, or you really like e-bikes and e-scooters.
Yeah for sure. I have uwb enabled but still no luck. Even reinstalled the Tesla app. The app version I have is 4.42.5-3189 , which appears to be the latest. š¤·āāļø
Pixel 7 pro here, didn't get the phone key upgrade notification in the Tesla app oddly.
For those of you who have auto open frunk working, what version of the android app do you have installed and what phone?
This is fairly common at boat docks.
There are actually entire YouTube channels dedicated to showing boat ramp fails, which commonly include vehicles sliding into the water because the owner backed in too far or are trying to pull out vessels that are too large for the vehicle.
It will never be water tight. There were some cases where the weather stripping had a gap which caused a bit of an excess of water that some folks had corrected, or fixed/improved themselves.
Best bet, do not store anything in the vault that cannot get wet.
10. I engage FSD in my driveway and disengage when i get to the parking lot at my destination, and then the opposite on the way home. So, for 99.9% of my driving, FSD is engaged.
are you sure the heated wire isnāt contributing to this issue?
I donāt get how you have so much melting and refreezing like this as the frunk is not heated.
We are peak winter here in the north east. We just had 14ā of snow in my area and my vehicle is parked outside, and I have nothing like...
Yes, it can happen, which is why supervision is required at this time. Supervise carefully.
I actually have not had this happen in v13. I had a specific road where this did happen in 12.5.5, but since v13, it has not happened at all.
Winter is in full swing here in the northeast and comparing it to past vehicles and my current secondary vehicle, a 2019 Silverado, I would say it works as well as just about any wipers I've had on a vehicle.
The low-ish washer fluid distribution makes it so a few extra wipes are needed, and...
