Had an Raven performance model X for four years. Loved it. Not in the shop once. Traded for FS CB last November and surprisingly haven't missed the x at all. Only visit to shop was to get the light bar installed. Have not had one single negative reaction beyond my wife thinking I was crazy...

Only concern is that it looks like the mounting bracket has a top on it (floating above tow hook). Any concern about obstructing ability to still attach D Ring Shackles (e.g. Rhino USAs are great) to the tow hook without needing to uninstall the mount/light?

If you have the beast variant, yes, you will receive the lightbar. It looks like they're now just showing any outstanding work within the app to owners. E.g., Lightbar, Wheel covers, etc. You/they will still need to have the work scheduled based on availability. There's a couple of threads...
