  1. Quality of newer / latest builds?

Good luck and a word of caution on the scratch remediation. My hood came full of scratches at delivery, yet they said it was normal. I insisted, so they sent it off to a body shop who ‘refinished’ the entire hood. Came back 100x worse than it was at delivery. CS again said it was within spec and...
  2. 1,200 Wh/mi = 100 miles total range pulling boat

1,207 Wh/mi average over 234 miles. Didn’t use A/C or preconditioning the entire trip. Max 67mph, 90% highway without stops, minimal hills in Michigan.
  3. 1,200 Wh/mi = 100 miles total range pulling boat

1,200 Wh/mi for Cybertruck pulling my boat results in 100 miles of total range. Really hopeful for range efficiency improvements and the range extender. And if the Wh/mi wasn’t bad enough… Charging with a trailer!? Ugh. Why don’t more charging stations have the pull-thru pedestals?
  4. Receiver buried 3” behind bumper?!

Great questions! While the aluminum adjustable drop hitch will do 12,500 lbs, the highest weight rated black riser I could find is made by Curt for 7,500 lbs, which is fine for my 6,500 lb surf boat. I don’t plan on flooring it from the line with the boat behind me :-) Link: https://a.co/d/cF6Uaus
  5. Receiver buried 3” behind bumper?!

My hack to get top of ball to 24” with adjustable aluminum hitch into the receiver, which is buried 3” behind the bumper. While I was able to get the aluminum hitch to drop from the stock receiver, the bumper was in the way when attempting to flip it over to get it to rise.
  6. Cybertruck PowerShare Install & Testing - Wish I Had Known!

Thanks! Interesting why your installer thought a downstream non-PW backed sub-panel would be able to (safely) backfeed to the gateway. The UWC breaker definitely needs to be in the gateway for PowerShare with the comms wire attached and handshake tested successful. My installers were on the...
  7. Cybertruck PowerShare Install & Testing - Wish I Had Known!

I was lucky enough to get in queue directly with the contractor before Tesla outsourced to Qmerit. Sounds like people nationwide are having issues, including long unexpected wait times with no communication. Good thing we’re all used to that!
