This happened to me this morning as soon as I unplugged from supercharging at a V4 charger. I was able to make it home on just the front motor but I haven’t driven it since.
I can definitively tell you in my case there was nothing behind me and there was a guardrail directly in front of me. After it went forward the first time I checked the directional indicator on the screen, still in reverse, and pressed the accelerator again, it went forward.
This happened to me two weeks ago and was like a quarter of an inch from running into something. I put it in reverse, it went forward. I checked it was in reverse, it went forward. I put in park and put back into reverse again and it went in reverse.

Same. They declined my light bar request saying I would get an email but I was like “you told me the same thing for wheel covers, no email, but here we are with wheel covers.” Blank stare from service advisor.

I received my VIN on 11 JUNE, on 16 JUNE they told me 30-90 days for delivery. I took delivery 1 AUG and that was with some hassling at the Ala Moana service center. The truck physically arrived on island around July 16.
