Thanks to scottf200 also. I didn't realize that when trailer mode was on, it doesn't make speed adjustments to height. That's nice to know.

Basing this off of towing in a mountainous area with a new trailer and no history in such conditions with the truck. After several legs, would decrease reserve prob to 10%. I always like to error on the side of caution, but that's just me.

This^^^^^^^^^^^^^ It's dangerous with all the phantom braking and constant speed switching. A simple cruise control function to mimic what's been available widely since the 80s. Good fall back when needed.
