6.89? Sweet! Best I got on 1/8 in my Beast was 6.99.
I just did solo passes, didn’t want to make the project car people feel inferior because they put their heart in soul into something vs me just buying.
How did you get that 750lb static weight rating? Tesla hasnt indicated their rating anywhere other than a 220lb number that’s assumed to be dynamic. Then dynamic is assumed to be 3x static so 660lbs. Wouldn’t the 170 lbs of the full rack mean the static weight is 660lb minus 170 minus the weight...
I first thought the electronic rear view mirror was a con, in fact I was upset when I got it when I saw the dollar store mirror up there. But I got used to the on screen one and I removed my rear view mirror entirely and now I have an obstructed view out my windshield and I am used to the screen...
Yeah I've tried to move around my seating position as much as I can but there's just nothing I can really do. I'd prefer to have a Model Y seat bottom to put it bluntly.
Mine wouldn't lock well on my road trip, had to shove it into place. My stuff rolled back and it came loose and took a chunk out of my bed, mangled up my divider connection to the L track, and scratched up other stuff. Really not cool.
Tesla just measured mine at 7mm tread depth for all the tires during my Service App today (got my windshield replaced due to an imperfection in the glass itself, warranty covered)
I am about to pick up my CT today for a replacement windshield, I will ask them how it went...
Got it replaced under warranty, mine had odd ripples right in my line of sight. An imperfection in the glass itself, this was their first ever CT windshield replacement and I was the guinea pig haha.
50% is the lowest I can set my charge limit to, its what I have always heard is an ideal "storage" charge level. When you buy a new electronic device, it usually has around half battery because it is well known that that is the optimal level for "storage". So I view my truck the same way, I...
Remove your rear view mirror, enjoy the unobstructed view. You get used to the on screen rear view in about 2 days and won't miss it. I was in the same camp as you originally, upset the rear view wasn't a screen and now I don't miss it.
Thank you! I agree. Most of what is on this list that is not in the "pro" category can be solved via OTA, anything that can't be will either be resolved with 3rd party options or its too small of an issue to be worried about.
I've now passed 5000 miles in my Cyberbeast since April 26th, here is my comprehensive review with the intention of balance between pros, neutrals, and cons. This is based on my own experiences with the vehicle. I have previously owned both a Model 3 and a Toyota Tundra. This is an exhaustive...
