I'm not sure how my Tesla insurance will do this. What won't be covered will be my wrap and upgrades, and loss value on a now wrecked truck. trying to figure out how to sue them, but they refuse to interact as the "owners" are never on site just the manager and the crew. Its typical...
I thought it would be interesting for some of you to see my CT, as it is getting repaired. It was hit at a car detailing place by an idiot who hit the gas instead of the brake while backing up another truck. January 3rd. My truck is finally getting re-built. both rear panels and tailgate...
I think he was 20-15ā away from me and he hit the gas instead of the brake, so 10-15 mPH. But it was a Ford Expedition, so very heavy. He hit me above the frame so it may just be body work and then re-wrapped.
I canāt get my Tesla adjuster in the phone and no communication from them so far. Iāve had two Tesla approved body shops look it over and both think the frame is likely bentā¦. I think Iām screwed.
The accident happened while I was parked and not driving, on a private Car Wash lot.
Any...
I was able to finally get the stock wheel covers from Tesla. I don't need them as I purchased new wheels from TSportline. What do I do with them? IS there an after purchase market?
I asked for them as Tesla was not offering them to me, even as a Foundation Purchase, they were paid for...
We did drive up the 5ā¦ā¦ and yes the right lane build up did happen, but all I did was push the turn indicator on and the CT would switch lanes and with a tap of acceleration would pass on the left. I was easily able to manipulate through that congestion. Worked great!
First long day of driving 680 miles LA to Ashland Oregon, went great. I only got put in Tesla jail one time for too much sightseeing. Great experience!
Driving into Portland this morning and the drive is gorgeous.
I knew there was a reason I couldnāt sleep! Started to catch up on here, and saw that there were several new SFSDās being downloaded!!! Checked my App and it was there. Downloading now!!!! 3:30 AM. Just in time for our first long road trip SoCal to Portland this weekend. Yeah!!! CT...
I found out when I picked my truck up that 2-3 other customers had see mine and ordered their wraps to be just like mine!!! It was at TSportline, (who are great) but I was kind of miffed at the whole thing. I guess I get credit for being first. Iāll hate ā meetingā myself here on LA streets ā¦ā¦.
Three full months-
- the first several weeks made me feel like I was a shirtlesss Brad Pitt in a convertible. Star quality. Here in LA the camera phones were and are still out. Iāve stopped noticing so much. But it was fun.
- not a single issue with the performance or quality of the truck...
My Husbsnd has FSD in his new Y. It shows the āheat mapā while parking so that you see the red warning when you get close to objects. I was wondering if I need to adjust settings on my CT, or is this a component of the soon to arrive FSD. Itās been really hard to understand my CT corners...
I am looking for a sun reflective cover for just the top half of the truck. (Just the top will reduce the size and ease of use).
It could cover the( frunk, all the glass - windshield and back roof). It could clip somewhere in the tonneau creases, and under the frunk lip.
If this isnāt...
Iām looking for a product to cover my CT to reflect the sun and keep the interior cool. I was thinking of having one made.
Just to cover the top half and keep out the sun.
Any ideas or products out there?
