MyQ is terrible, does no one have the guts to tell Elon

I agree, I heard that it was due to there not being a 48 volt version of the Homelink Module. But there is a 12 source in the ceiling, the CT has a few 12v Accessories.

MyQ is terrible, does no one have the guts to tell Elon

https://a.co/d/cZwqSjR It'll probably require a few modifications, and a power source. I have a Screen mirror and pull my power from the Radio module in the ceiling, it's 12 volt.

MyQ is terrible, does no one have the guts to tell Elon

They also have powered mirror/screens that run CarPlay and Android auto. I have a a HomeKit garage door opener, and it shows up on the ā€œdashboardā€œ of CarPlay when I get close to my house. You would still need an internet connection, but it doesnt have to be as reliable. Also you would have...

MyQ is terrible, does no one have the guts to tell Elon

There are aftermarket mirrors that have homelink built in. Cheaper than a MyQ subscription.

S/X refresh is live (and underwhelming)

Need to fit 6 people, can’t do that in a CT.

Dog mode is now also Cow Mode! 🐶 = 🐮

This might be the first actual pictures I’ve seen, of a CyberTruck doing truck things.

What changes would you like to see in the next Cybertruck update?

This is set with an offset in the settings. # miles over, or #% miles over. I had to disconnect 5 times today, because it will not stay at the max speed set. I’m on a highway, no one in front of me, I push the gas pedal up to my max speed, then after a second or 2 it drifts back down. I’d...

    2025.20.3 update installed

After the update, mine seems to auto lock ā€at homeā€ even with the ā€œignore homeā€ toggle selected. I have tried unselecting and reselecting the ā€œat homeā€ box, but now every time I walk away it locks. Anyone else having this issue.

Solar panel that cover entire back half of the truck - any interest

Makes me wander about attaching something like this to the tonneau cover would be possible. https://www.bougerv.com/products/yuma-400w-cigs-flexible-solar-panel-with-holes

I want to deflate rear suspension for loading

Which is why just lowering the suspension all the way around would give the best loading, and entry mode does that already. You wouldn't want to load the truck with little to zero air in the suspension, want enough air that if while loading something heavy slams down it doesn't bottom out the...

I want to deflate rear suspension for loading

There would be very little difference from lowering just the rear to lowering everything to entry mode. Few inches at most, maybe a little more if you raise the front all the way up too.

My Cybertruck finally got stuck. Self extracted with manual ratcheting winch (AKA come-along)

You don't need 3 tons, unless you're pulling it up a cliff. Most of the time you just need a little boost, Thing of how a person pushing while stuck in snow can get it unstuck.

Relaxing Lo-Fi Beats for CYBERCAMPING | Cybertruck

Please don’t be one of those people that play music at a camp ground. Some people actually go there to hear… nothing, just nature, that’s a huge part of it. It’s almost worse than those people that go hiking or skiing with a portable Bluetooth speaker.

Trump Tax Bill Passes in House: Major changes for EVs

A Suburban with 4MPG, would also cause more wear on the road compared to a Prius that get 50 MPG. And lawnmowers and generators should have no road-tax applied to that gas, trying to do refunds would be near impossible.

Trump Tax Bill Passes in House: Major changes for EVs

Let me restate, EVs are typically heavier, but not always. We should have to pay some sort of tax, to help with road maintenance. I think $250 at a federal level is too high for the difference. But at some point EVs will be 90% or greater of the total traffic in the roads. The democrats...
