  1. Whistlindiesel Cybertruck Durability Test #2

it’s a Beast. I’ve confirmed it from the VIN. I can’t expand beyond that.
  2. what is the purpose of those stripes (grooves?) in the rubber (?) at the bottom of the center console?

Mostly cosmetic. A lot of the parts are named after boat things and the center floor is supposed to resemble yacht flooring
  3. How to Squat your Cybertruck (using Deflate suspension settings) -- for loading motorcycle / ATV, washing bed out, etc.

FYI you should not do this. Inflating the springs from empty should not be done when the truck is sitting all the way down on the bump stops. There’s a risk for damage when doing this
  4. Drive Unit Replacement

Drive unit replacement is a few hour job and not terribly complicated, actually. I hope they can get you taken care of soon.
  5. The Foundation Series must be done if Tesla is cutting back Cybertruck production

Night shift for CT just started last week. An entire shifts worth of production was added to try and keep up with demand. Foundation is not anywhere near done.
  6. Cybertruck engineer: things we learned with Cybertruck in Baja and will bring via OTA

there are actual mechanically locking diffs in each single motor drive unit. They are difficult to program due to many different factors that I cannot expand on.
  7. Cyberbeast and Cybertrucks climb Hells Revenge, Moab (on factory A/T tires)

Glad they’re sharing some off-road footage :) There’s so much more they could share. Just know they are dedicated to making this truck a beast off-road! Tons and tons of testing
  8. PSA: Don't take your Cybertruck to a Tesla Supercharger . . .

As an employee who has been driving them around since October, I’m no stranger to that! 99% of the interactions were positive at least. It’s been great to be able to educate and interact with the public (as much as I can due to NDA). Congrats on taking delivery. Enjoy!
  9. 🚨 Cybertruck Factory Roof Lightbar in Action (and Roof Bar)

the outside LED’s face out, effectively working like ditch lights. Here’s off vs. on looking left from the drivers seat
  10. Interesting Reactions in South Texas to my Cybertruck

Glad you’re enjoying it! I’m planning on making it down to starbase and SPI one of these weekends soon hopefully! I’ve had a CT on the port Aransas beach and it did great.
  11. Cybertruck vs. 911 Turbo S drag race (Throttle House) [Update: Cybertruck was software limited 112mph top speed]

Throttle House’s previous video, which was a full review, shows them going 114mph. There’s also a telltale for an airbag for some reason. This could have been the noise audible.
  12. Cybertruck vs. 911 Turbo S drag race (Throttle House) [Update: Cybertruck was software limited 112mph top speed]

Firmware for the truck was fixed during the Carwow video that was shot here on property. Throttle House got the truck after that.
  13. Cybertruck vs. 911 Turbo S drag race (Throttle House) [Update: Cybertruck was software limited 112mph top speed]

The truck in this video is a ā€˜Beast. I know the exact VIN. It doesn’t have the Cerberus on the tailgate because it’s a pre-production truck. Pre-Foundation Series. the 992 Turbo S is just a faster vehicle. Consistently running low 10 second quarter miles vs 10.8-10.9 for the Cyberbeast.
  14. Lightbar for FS AWD (non Beast)

every truck is pre-wired for the lightbar. Beast or not. Some states (like California, of course) require the lightbar to be covered. I haven’t heard anything except that availability is TBD due to the varying state laws.
