Can someone please check to see if your plastic trim piece is loose like the video? both sides are loose.

I had service on my wiper several months ago but just now noticed around the wiper unit there was no rubber seals. I don’t recall if it was there before the service. can someone confirm if they have rubber seals around the highlight yellow area? Notice rubber ends right at the wiper unit.
