I agree with you, I do like the matching notches on the OEM tires and wheel covers. Love my wheel covers, but many do not it seems. BTW I just put the new OEM winter tires on and the wheel covers look good with them - so yes any other tires should as well. I have been ACCUSED of being a tad...
Thanks all, getting my Tesla winter tires installed this morning. September order date (used CT $2500 voucher) so glad I at least have some winter left.
Getting the winter tire package installed on the 2nd, will let you know. I hope they fit even though the aesthetic will be different. Ordered in September so I’m not holding breath they arrive as scheduled.
This “new technology” is “you get to pay for a new SXM service”. Probably part of the legal agreement to include their app. I have a streaming account but don’t even use it since Howard went flaccid, so yeah I won’t be using Sirius in my 📐. Many more options, competition is a beautiful thing.
Have these and mine do fit the space well, no gaps or pinching. Best for items that won’t rattle too bad, a little tight for my carry pistol however. It fits but easier to get out from under seat in my situation. Great for soft items like gloves scarf gaiter etc. Easy install too.
Do you spray onto the truck or the microfiber cloth to apply? Would love to hear details on your process. I tried on a panel and agree it seemed to work well. But as always, the process and steps that work best for you would like to know. Thanks!
DIY waterless wash has worked well for me after 6 months. For random road mud or water spots, I have found that Sprayaway does pretty well surprisingly for those touch up occasions. A quality drying towel is key to get the waterless wash off right after use. ELBOW GREASE is also a must.
ordered a set today, install scheduled already. Will the redesigned new wheel covers I’m supposed to receive fit these winter tires? Thanks in advance.
Efficiency? Who cares. I want those badass wheel covers like the original shown years ago. Can’t wait to get mine. Got the email too and yes, hopefully we can install these without trip to SC.
