So much misinformation here… feel bad for the OP -OP: your battery has an issue, open a service request via the app -if you only look at percentages and not miles, you are putting your head under the ground and avoiding a reality check.. OP would think he’s at 100% and can safely drive 250 miles...

the cooling rag on the handle shouldn't make a difference for V3 chargers as they are already liquid cooled internally. Definitely makes a big difference if you are in hot weather and are using a V1 and not sharing with a paired stall

still no sensors.. it's a massive vehicle (awesomely so), and pretty lame to not have any proximity alerts when about to bump something... Foundation series should have had a about 20 bucks of sensors included, IMO

I think it helps to have a VIN (range) for when vehicles get called in for a service bulletin..
